Gallatin gravel series
it's all about the gravel
The Gallatin Gravel Series consists of four early season gravel races. All races are low-key affairs for some fun, friendly competition. The Short Circuit (shorter distance option) is beginner-friendly and the Long Division (longer distance option) is meant to challenge the experienced bike racer. There are no support vehicles so come prepared!!
Sweet prizes for top performances and best attitudes!
How does this work?
Sign up below - single $20 entry fee includes entry for all races!
Check in before race to receive your number plate with chip timer. All races start at 10:00.
Keep your number plate - no need to register again, you are automatically signed up for remainder of the series!
Parking is extremely limited so please carpool. Even better ride from home, or possibly ride after parking somewhere a few miles from the start.
There will be a prize every week for whoever rides the farthest to the start!
new for 2024
Stage Race Scoring based on time - you may do as many or few races as you like, and you can go back and forth between Short Circuit and Long Division options, but to be eligible for the overall series win (and all the glory that comes with it) - you must complete all four Short Circuit races OR all four Long Division races.
Vincent Circuit - a new venue with a beast of a cobbled climb! A lot of the course is dirt and unrideable in the wet. Race will be relocated to Springhill Circuit if needed.
Axtell-Anceny Hill Climb expanded to include Gateway Circuit laps. A little extra racing down on the flats before the season finale hill climb finish.
Need a bike? if you, or someone you know, would like to participate but doesn't have an appropriate bike, Gallatin Alpine Sports will get you going on a gravel bike from their rental fleet for FREE. Just get a hold of the shop and tell them what day you plan on participating, that you'll be riding in the gravel series, and that Tom (the owner and fellow series participant) said there will be no charge.Â
